Botswana audiology association invites clinicians and researchers interested in presenting at the conference to submit abstracts/synopsis of their presentations to botsaudiology@gmail.com to be considered for inclusion in the conference programme. The deadline for abstract submissions is on the 7 June 2025. Presentations could be in the form of learning modules, research discussions, or case studies. Each presenter could only submit a maximum of three abstracts.
Each submission must include:
- Type of presentation: Oral or Poster Presentation
- A short title (maximum of 20 words)
- Presenter(s)’ name(s)
- Presenter(s)’ contact details including, institution, address, email address and telephone number
- Presenter’s short biography [ maximum of 100 words]
- Abstract
- For learning modules: provide a description of learning objectives to be achieved by participants, an overview/synopsis of the learning course presentation (maximum of 300 words)
- For research discussions: the abstract should clearly outline the study aims, methodology, results and conclusions (maximum-300 words).
- For case studies: provide a summary of the case study presentation (maximum of 300 words)
Authors will be notified on acceptance or rejection of the submitted abstracts by 23 June 2025. Presenters whose abstracts have been accepted should confirm participation by 30 June 2025. Presenters will be exempted from paying conference fees for the day that they are presenting.
